Refund Policy

You may cancel your order (i.e., your blood test) anytime before you actually go in to the clinic for your blood draw. However, your refund will be less six percent (6%) of the total amount of your original charge. This is to help offset our costs of administration, plus the costs to us charged by your credit card company for processing your 'charge' and then your refund ('credit'). Once your blood has been drawn by the clinic and sent to the lab for testing, no refund can be made.

Certainly, if for any reason the lab is unable to process your specimen, you will receive a full (100%) refund for the test(s) not performed. We appreciate your business. Thank you for your confidence in HealthCheckUSA.
